The existence of this Privacy Notice is a commitment from PT Integrity Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “Integrity”) to respect and protect any User’s Personal Data or information through the https://www.integrity-indonesia.com site, its derivative sites, as well as the Integrity applications (hereinafter referred to as the “Site” and “Application” respectively) in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations and any other relevant legislation in the jurisdictions where we operate. This Privacy Notice applies to Integrity services, such as Employment Background Screening, Vendor Screening, and Whistleblowing (hereinafter referred to as the “Integrity Service”). This Privacy Notice is intended to provide Integrity Users with information regarding how Integrity undertakes the collection, processing, transformation, disclosure, retention, securing, analysis, erasure, and/or destruction of Personal Data Integrity Users for the purpose of Integrity services (hereinafter referred to as the “Processing” or “To Process” or “Being Processed”).
In this Privacy Notice, references to “You” or “your” refer to visitors of this website, individuals associated with Integrity Indonesia’s clients, vendors, sub-contractors, and anyone who accesses our applications. “We,” “our,” or “us” refer to PT Integrity Indonesia, a company incorporated in Indonesia. Our registered office is at Jl. RS. Fatmawati Raya No.57-B, RT/RW 03/05, Cilandak Barat, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta, 12430, Indonesia.
By using our services, you understand that we will process your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Notice. The definition used in this Privacy Notice refers to the definition described in our Terms of Service.
This Privacy Notice shall become effective upon your explicit consent to this Privacy Notice, either expressly or through the methods outlined within this Privacy Notice.

- Personal Characteristics
This may include your age, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, employment history, education history, and criminal record.
- Financial Information
This may include your bank account details, credit record, income, and bankruptcy records.
- Health Information
This may include your medical records, health conditions, genetic information, and disability information.
- Our Communication with You

Our customer service team may also document your inquiries, complaints, needs, or other purposes in our database. In other words, cookies allow a website to remember a user’s actions or preferences over time.

4. Purpose of Personal Data Processing for User
We will utilize the aforementioned categories of personal data that we collect about you for the following purposes:
- To provide our service, including Employment Background Screening, Vendor Screening, Whistleblowing and other services provided by us over time.
- The transmission of information regarding our service, updates, developments, and/or enhancements of our service, or services provided by Third Parties collaborating with us.
- Internal purpose, including but not limited to audits and analysis related to the development, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, enhancement, and customization of our service to meet the needs and preferences of users.
- Fulfillment of our obligation to competent authorities in accordance with prevailing statutory regulations.
- Personalization of our application and/or service for users provided by us and/or Third Parties collaborating with us.
- Processing your request in connection with our services, including but not limited to access, correction, updating, and/or deletion/destruction of your Personal Data within our system, as well as contacting you regarding your request.
- To send newsletters and digest emails. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, digest emails, or similar communications, you can unsubscribe by logging into your account and changing your email settings, or you can contact us at marketing@integrity-asia.com.
- Other purposes as long as those purposes are not prohibited by applicable laws and regulations. We will inform you about those other purposes when seeking the user’s consent if required by applicable laws and regulations, which we are required to obtain consent for.
5. Disclosure of Personal User Data within the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia
We will openly provide access, transmit, convey, deliver, and/or disclose (hereinafter referred to as the “Disclosing” or “Disclosure”) your Personal Data, which is contained in our system. The disclosure of your Personal Data is carried out in affiliation with us and other parties (as mentioned in this Privacy Notice) for the following purposes and for other purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations:
- Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers
In order to enable us to provide the Integrity Service, we may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, subcontractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf. These parties may require access to your data to carry out their work, such as verification, payment processing, data analysis, promotions, fraud detection, email delivery, and other User support. We ensure that these third parties will only utilize the User’s Personal Data as necessary to support Integrity Service. We ensure that these third parties are held to the same standards as our employees, and we will inform you if any third-party data processors have used your data as part of their engagement with us.
- Vital Interest, Compliance with Laws, and Legal Rights
We may disclose your Personal Data to individuals, organizations, entities, governmental authorities, or legitimate law enforcement agencies, who can provide valid evidence to us and demonstrate that they are authorized and/or obligated by legal rules and/or competent authorities that impose a legal obligation on us to disclose your Personal Data if it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved. We may disclose your Personal Data if we are legally required to do so to comply with applicable laws, governmental requests, judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal processes. This includes responding to court orders or subpoenas and meeting national security or law enforcement requirements as requested by public authorities.
- With Your Authorization
We may disclose your Personal Data for any other purpose with your authorization.
- Cross-Border Data Transfer
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and stored on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.If you are located outside Indonesia and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Indonesia and process it there.
By consenting to this Privacy Notice and submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree to the transfer of your data as described above.
We will take all the necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. We will not transfer your Personal Data to any organization or country unless we have implemented adequate controls to ensure the security of your data and other personal information.
6. Security of User Personal Data
We make careful security and storage efforts to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Data from time to time. Any content uploaded and sent by you to the Integrity Service will be stored securely and sent confidentially using industry standards for securing electronic information. We set high standards for information security, please note that Integrity is ISO 27001:2013 certified for Information Security Management Systems.
7. Analytics
We may use third-party service providers like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

8. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without the authorization of a parent or guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental authorization, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
9. Data Retention
We will retain your Personal Data as needed to provide you with services or product information, respond to inquiries, consider your employment application, partner with you, or fulfill contractual, statutory, or other legal obligations. This includes retaining the data for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected unless a longer retention period is mandated or permitted by law. We will take reasonable measures to ensure that your Personal Data are securely stored and protected against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
11. Limitation of Liability
You hereby agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Integrity, including any officers, directors, employees, or agents of Integrity from and against any and all requests, claims, losses, liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees and indemnity expenses) resulting directly or indirectly from:
- Any loss due to Personal Data that is intercepted, accessed, stolen, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by an unauthorized third party, due to factors beyond our control and/or contrary to this Privacy Notice and the applicable laws and regulations, including those resulting from User error or negligence,
- The security and confidentiality of Personal Data that have undergone processing, disclosure, and/or storage by User to the public or third parties, whether the processing, disclosure, and/or storage are conducted by the User or any party other than us, and such processing, disclosure, and/or storage occurs not due to the negligence and/or fault or integrity in protecting your Personal Data,
- All risks and/or consequences arising from the negligence and/or personal errors committed by you in maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Personal Data; and/or
- All consequences arise from the utilization of any media and/or application that you employ to disclose, process, and/or store your Personal Data, including, among other things, internet networks and cloud storage services.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms of use are governed and construed based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Users and Integrity agree that all disputes or disputes arising from or relating to matters regulated in this Privacy Notice (including all disputes or disputes related to this Privacy Notice) will be resolved by reference to the applicable laws and regulations, particularly those related to personal data protection.
13. Language
In the event that this Privacy Notice is displayed in a variety of language choices and there is a discrepancy between one language and another, the Indonesian text will prevail.
15. Review and Revision
We have the right to review and change this Privacy Notice from time to time to ensure that the provisions of this Privacy Notice remain consistent with the evolving nature of our service in the future and/or in the event of changes to applicable laws and regulations. In relation to such changes, we will notify Users about the changes through notifications as described in Article 14(a) above.
